Doug Phillips has been involved in the Real Estate industry in Floyd VA for over 30 years, specializing in buying and selling Rural properties.
David Phillips has been a licensed agent since he was 18. A graduate of Virginia Tech with an engineering degree and two Master’s in Business, he is now working on attaining his GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute).

Hello Phillips Real Estate,
My family and I is looking for a three bedroom two bath single family home in Floyd Va. I am in the US Army National Guard. I have a full time job at Community Housing Partners. We are going to be a first time home buyer. We are going to email many different agencies. Sept 19, 2010 is going to be our dead line. Looking for under $80,000. A “fixer upper” is just as good.
